Quick Hits is a home for songs, memories, brief obsessions and pieces that stay without asking permission. These are freer, more personal texts—sometimes tiny—about music that appears without warning: an old song, a scene, a tape, a bar, a phrase or a teenage flash that still makes noise. This is no minor section. It is where Necessary Noise looks sideways, writes without ceremony and rescues the small things that, for whatever reason, never quite leave us.
